Dr. Katie was born and raised in small town Nebraska. After receiving her Bachelors of Science from Wayne State College, she attended Cleveland University – Kansas City, College of Chiropractic, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was also inducted into the Pi Tau Delta Honor Society. Dr. Katie was first introduced to the chiropractic profession as a child and found her true love for it during her undergraduate experience. Since starting her chiropractic journey, she has attended numerous hours of seminars and educational courses outside of her academics to better her understanding of the art, philosophy and science of chiropractic. She has additional education in certain techniques including: Knee to Chest Upper Cervical Technique, Activator Technique, Webster Technique, and acupuncture. Her most cherished experience is her chiropractic mission trip serving hundreds in San Salvador. She is continually learning and growing her understanding of the chiropractic profession.

When Dr. Katie is not serving the community in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, her dog, and her cat, as well as family and friends. She loves reading and staying active. She will always be cheering for the Kansas City Royals and her Nebraska Cornhuskers – Go Big Red.
